Dear Neighbors:
The Officers, Directors and members of the Halcyon-Foothill Neighborhood Association invite you to join our Association.
As a Neighborhood Association we try to serve our members by attending most City Council meetings and many other meetings so we may communicate information regarding the city and our community to you through our Newsletter and Association Meetings.
The information provided here does not cover everything, but does cover the basics and includes a map of the area our Association covers.
We invite you to join us and get involved in your community. Our Association meets every 4th Wednesday of February, April, June and October at 7 p.m. in the Senior Center 13909 East 14th Street. We also have a holiday dinner on a selected weekend day in December to welcome the Holiday Season.
Please fill out the online membership form and we will contact you to collect your annual dues of $10. If you are a business and wish to advertise in our newsletter, the cost is $50 per year for a business card size ad and runs 5 times a year.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Mission Statement: We are an association of community-minded individuals from the Southern Gateway to the City of San Leandro, also known as District 2 in its representation at the San Leandro City Council. This organization is one of the oldest neighborhood associations in the City and was established to create closer cooperation of homeowners, renters and businesses living and operating within our area – generally known as the Historic BAL District, Foothill Manor and Halcyon Neighborhoods. We dedicate ourselves to protecting the rights and needs of our Association and the common needs of our community and the city of San Leandro.
