The Officers, Directors and members of the Halcyon-Foothill Neighborhood Association invite you to join our Association. As a Neighborhood Association we try to serve our members by attending most City Council meetings and many other meetings so we may communicate information regarding the city and our community to you through our Newsletter and Association Meetings.
